PERFLUOROPOLYETHER OILS & GREASES

Perfluoropolyether (PFPE) oils deliver high performance, perform at wide temperature ranges, and provide superior quality lubrication under extreme conditions in comparison to hydrocarbon alternatives. 


Perfluoropolyether (PFPE) greases are designed for applications in the 400-750° F temperature range for use in bearings, gears, chains, O-rings, sliding, and other high-temp mechanical components. These products demonstrate a significant improvement in friction, wear and durability, thus extending the life of bearings and other vacuum, cleanroom & semiconductor components.

Electrical and electronics INDUSTRIES

Suitable for lubrication of mechanical vacuum pumps in various semiconductor

integrated production processes such as plasma etching, chemical vapour

deposition and ion implantation. Also used as a lubricant for hard discs, disks

and other magnetic recording media in electronic equipment.

Aerospace industries

Perfluoropolyethers are used for lubrication and sealing of power and

space-exposed mechanical systems such as engines, propeller bearings,

rudder adjusters, power wheels, scanners, gear pumps, pressure gauges,

metal joints and threaded fasteners.

Chemical Industries

It can be used as working fluid medium for all kinds of vacuum pumps

(especially for corrosive gases) and as a lubricant material for compressors
